iTeknik Holding Corporation Selects PhoenixSoft’s Cirrus Softswitch
to Expand and Enhance Major Telecommunications Network

Phoenix, Arizona…April 10, 2008...PhoenixSoft, Inc., a pioneering provider of next-generation communications platforms for converged networks, announced today that iTeknik Holding Corporation (Pink Sheets: ITKH) has made a major network investment in deploying its Cirrus Softswitch solution.  iTeknik Holdings includes two wholly-owned subsidiaries, TeleCents Communications and Send Global Corporation.  Together the two companies have been offering retail and wholesale telecommunications products for over 11 years.

The Cirrus Softswitch works with TeleCents’ existing gateway and provides greater carrier interconnectivity on a global basis.  It allows network service providers to maximize revenue by adding numerous enhanced features and IP applications.   Some of these applications include prepaid and post paid Class 4 and Class 5 features, broadband calling card services, PIN-less dialing, Retail Web Portals, Web-based administration, comprehensive reporting, real-time billing and CDR access, and voice mail.
