PhoenixSoft upgrades existing Advent network to accommodate
enhanced VoIP features and applications
Phoenix, Arizona...April 19, 2006...PhoenixSoft, Inc., a
provider of telephony solutions for converged networks, announced
today that Advent Inc. (“Advent”), a provider of international
direct dialing services, has selected the PhoenixSoft Cirrus
Softswitch to provide advanced VoIP applications.
Headquartered in
Tokyo, Japan, and with switches located in the Philippines and the
United States, Advent serves growing wholesale and retail
telecommunications markets. The company primarily provides pre-paid
services within Japan and international direct dialing from Japan.
