Pre-Arranged Demos

Instructions for Connecting to the Demo Web Site

1. You will need to use a Windows Computer running Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8.  Apple Macintosh browsers are not supported.

2. For the demo to work properly, please make sure you allow "Pop Ups" within your browser.

3. Click on the link below to access the Web Demo Portal:

http:/demo.phoenixsoft.com

4. You should now be on the Web Collaboration site.  Click on the "PUBLIC AREA" link in the left column under "System Tools." 

5. At this point, we will direct you on the final connection steps.

6. To access the voice conference, dial:

PHONE: 602-443-1243

PIN: 1234

Optional:

1. You can test your connectivity by clicking on the "Test Browser" link under "System Tools."

2. To see the PhoenixSoft desktop and interact with the demo, select "Public Area" under "System Tools."  Then select "Install Add-ons" and "Inter-Tel Collaboration Client."  Follow the client installation instructions.
